Getting started
Kadro Revenue is a native macOS menu bar app. Install it, sign in with Pro, and connect a read-only key — it never gets more than read access to your provider.

Install the app
Kadro Revenue is a small native menu bar app for macOS 14 and later — signed, notarized, and self-updating.
- Download for macOS to get the disk image.
- Open the disk image and drag Kadro Revenue into Applications.
- Open the app from Applications or Spotlight. It lives in your menu bar, not the Dock.
Sign in with Kadrotools Pro
Kadro Revenue is included in Kadrotools Pro. The first time you open the app, sign in with your Kadrotools account.
Until you sign in with an active Pro license, the app stays locked — the menu bar popover and Settings aren’t available.
Connect a provider
Open Settings → Provider and choose the payment provider you sell through:
Each guide walks through creating a read-only key in that provider’s dashboard. Paste the key into Kadro Revenue and click Connect — the app validates it with a read-only call before saving it to the macOS Keychain, so nothing is stored until the connection succeeds.
Pick your currency
In Settings, choose the currency Kadro Revenue displays: your account default, USD, EUR, GBP, or RON.
Sales in other currencies fold into your chosen display currency using daily ECB exchange rates. This conversion is for display only — it doesn’t change what’s recorded with your provider.
