Connect Lemon Squeezy

Connect Lemon Squeezy with an API key — Kadro Revenue only ever reads your store's data, it never charges, refunds, or changes anything.

Updated 2026-07-04

Connecting Lemon Squeezy lets Kadro Revenue show your store’s orders and subscriptions in the menu bar. It uses an API keyfrom your store’s settings.

Create a read-only key

  1. Open app.lemonsqueezy.com/settings/api (Settings → API).
  2. Create a new API key and name it.
  3. Copy it — it’s shown once.

A key is either test-mode or live-mode— the key’s mode decides which data appears. Keys expire after about a year, so replace it when it lapses.

Add it to Kadro Revenue

Open Settings → Provider and choose Lemon Squeezy. Paste the key and click Connect.

What Kadro Revenue can see

Kadro Revenue only ever makes read calls with this key — it can’t create or modify orders, subscriptions, or refunds in your Lemon Squeezy store. Once it’s validated, the key is stored in your macOS Keychain and never leaves your Mac.

You can revoke it anytime from app.lemonsqueezy.com/settings/api in Lemon Squeezy.

  • Stripe — create a restricted, read-only key and connect it.
  • Polar — connect an organization access token with read scopes.
  • Paddle — create a Billing API key with read permissions.
  • Dodo Payments — connect a live-mode API key.
