Bulk scheduling

Bulk turns Compose into a batch queue — write or paste a whole week of posts at once and let Kadro Social slot each one in.

Switch to Bulk

At the top of Compose, flip the Single | Bulk toggle. In Bulk, you pick the accounts once for the whole batch — every post you add goes to that same set of accounts, so there’s no per-post account picker.

Add your posts

Add rows one at a time to build up your batch, or use Paste & split to turn a block of text from your clipboard into multiple posts in one go — a blank line between two chunks of text starts a new post.

Auto or pinned

Each post in the batch takes the next open slot in your posting cadence, or a slot you pin it to yourself. A preview next to each row shows exactly where it lands before anything is scheduled. When the batch looks right, hit Queue allto schedule everything at once. If there aren’t enough open slots for the whole batch, Kadro Social tells you which specific post couldn’t be placed so you can adjust it.

What bulk doesn’t do

Bulk is queue-only — there’s no Post now or Save drafthere, only scheduling. Each post is also a single text box, so there’s no per-platform tailoring and no media attachments in Bulk. For either of those, switch back to Single and use Compose.
